How it works
Simple for you. Fair to them.
- 1
Choose your districts
Pick the postcode districts you cover (RG1, M14, BS7). Pay as you go, or choose a monthly allowance.
- 2
People ask for help
Sole traders and landlords use our free checker and guides, then ask to be introduced, with explicit consent.
- 3
One practice per enquiry
Plans get enquiries in their districts automatically, in turn. If no plan has space, we email the request to pay-as-you-go practices and nearby firms, and the first to accept gets it.
- 4
You make contact
Get in touch within 2 working days, then mark it contacted, won or lost. Monthly report included.
Consent you can rely on
Every enquiry carries the exact consent wording the person agreed to, and when, for your UK GDPR and PECR records.
Truly exclusive
Sent to you alone and never resold. Clearly false contact details? Return it from your portal within 7 days.
No contract
Pay as you go, or a monthly plan. Pause enquiries for holidays or busy season, change plan or cancel from your portal.

Questions
For practices.
How do I pay?
Either pay as you go, with no plan: you pay for each enquiry you take, by card, before you see the person's details. Or choose a monthly plan and get enquiries in your districts automatically, up to your allowance. The prices are on this page. Practices sign up themselves online, and we don't charge a set-up fee.
Is the first enquiry free?
For a firm we invite, yes: its first enquiry is free, with no card and no commitment, once per firm.
Are enquiries really exclusive?
Yes. Each enquiry goes to one practice only, and we never resell it. The only time someone is introduced to a second practice is when the first hands the enquiry back (for example, it couldn't reach them) and the person then asks us for a different practice, giving their consent again.
Where do the enquiries come from?
From sole traders and landlords using our free MTD checker, deadline calendar and guides who then ask to be introduced to a local accountant. They choose the help they want and tick a consent box agreeing to be introduced to one accountancy practice. We offer each request first to practices on a plan that cover the district. If none has space, we offer it to pay-as-you-go practices there and may tell up to 5 firms nearby, without the person's name or contact details. The first to accept gets it.
How many will I get?
On a plan, up to your monthly allowance, from the postcode districts you choose. We can't promise a minimum: it depends on demand in your area, which is why plans are monthly with no contract.
What if two practices cover the same district?
Enquiries rotate between practices on a plan in turn (round-robin), skipping anyone who's paused or has used their allowance. If none has space, we offer it to pay-as-you-go practices and nearby firms, and the first to accept gets it. If nobody takes it within 30 days, the request closes.
Do you give refunds?
No, payments for plans and enquiries aren't refundable, with one exception: if an enquiry's contact details are clearly false, return it from your portal within 7 days with a short note. We refund a pay-as-you-go enquiry, give a free first enquiry back, or don't count it towards your plan's allowance.
Do unused enquiries roll over?
No. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month.
Can I pause?
Yes. Pause enquiries for holidays or busy season with one click in your portal, and cancel your plan any time from the billing page. It runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
Who can sign up?
Accountancy practices, as business customers only. If you have a question before you sign up, send us a message from the contact page. We read every message.
